To combine the efforts of members and investors, their knowledge and experience in the development of small and medium-sized photovoltaic plants, as well as small and medium-sized power plants using other renewable energy sources for generation of electrical power;

Supporting the investors' activity in the field of production of green energy from renewable energy sources and development of the investment processes related to the construction and operation of small and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants.

Improving the business environment in the field of generation of green energy from renewable energy sources and disseminating its use and introduction in households;

Protection of the environment and decreasing the harmful carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere by supporting the development of renewable energy sources;

Creating a favourable environment for the development of the photovoltaic sector in Bulgaria, resulting in an increase in the professional experience and competitiveness of Bulgarian companies and creation of conditions for opening new jobs for workers and specialists;

Cooperation for improvement of the energy infrastructure and decentralising power production;

Supporting the process of integration with European legislation, dissemination and enhancing good practices in the field of development of small and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants and power plants using other renewable energy sources;

Development of analyses, strategies, methodologies, guidelines, technical, standardisation and other documents, including proposals for changes in legislation, studies, quality measurements and other activities in the field of development of small and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants and power plants using other renewable energy sources;

Organisation of forums, seminars, conferences and courses for exchange of experience, ideas and information in the field of development of small and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants and power plants using other renewable energy sources.
